A database with records for more than 1.2 million electronic theses and dissertations from around the world.

GALE Business: Insights

Gale Business: Insights provides users with detailed financial, historical, and current event information on over 400,000 companies, industries, and countries. Users can easily find Plunkett Reports, SWOT analyses, case studies, comparison charts, scholarly journals, and more.

 

Gale Power Search

GALE Power Search is a cross-search platform that enables users to do one search across multiple GALE databases.

Gale Research Complete

Gale Research Complete contains a wealth of resources including Gale eBooks (books and encyclopaedias), Gale Academic OneFile (journals), Gale General OneFile (magazines), Gale OneFile News (current newspapers), Gale Literature (English literature resources) and Archives Unbound (primary historical sources). 

IBIS World

Provides access to thousands of industry research reports, providing students with the same industry intelligence and tools used by companies around the world.   

Management Direct

Management Direct is the Learning Portal of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Students studying Arden’s CMI accredited programmes receive access to Management Direct as part of their CMI membership.

SAGE Journals Premier Collection

Provides access to journal titles across a range of subjects and sub-disciplines.

ScienceDirect Freedom Collection

ScienceDirect provides access to the scientific, technical and medical journals of Elsevier and participating publishers. It contains more than 18 million articles and book chapters from over 2,650 peer-reviewed journals and 42,000 e-books, including books, book series and major reference works, and digital archives that reach as far back as 1823.

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) was established in 1948 and is now the largest people management professional body in the world with over 300, 000 members across 165 countries.  Its headquarters are based in Virginia, United States.

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) was established in 1913 and is now the professional body for 150, 000 members worldwide.   Its headquarters are based in Wimbledon, UK.

The Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI)

The Australian HR Institute

The Australian HR Institute (AHRI) is the professional body for human resources in Australia. It sets the industry standard which is benchmarked to both Singapore HR certification (Institute of HR Professionals) and the UK CIPD standard.
